Flexible working

After your first six months with us, FTAPI allows you to work from an extended EU country for up to two months per year.

Job bike or Deutschland-Ticket
Choose between a €40 subsidy for a job bike or a Deutschland-Ticket. If you opt for the Deutschland-Ticket, you only need to contribute €19. Best of all, you can still get a JobRad contract, but without the subsidy.

Our recruitment process. After receiving your application, we want to get to know you. In addition to your professional qualifications, we are interested in what drives and motivates you and what expectations you have of us as an employer.
Four interview stages at FTAPI
1st round
A brief introductory call with our recruiter, Moritz.
2nd round
A video call with two colleagues from the department you applied for.
3rd round
You will receive an engaging case study to prepare before the interview, where you’ll present your solution and showcase your expertise.
Almost done
4th round
A meeting with some of your potential team members. This will give you a deeper insight into our company and help you get a first impression of your future colleagues.
Offer and decision
If both sides feel it’s a good fit, you will receive an offer within a few days.
