With FTAPI SecuMails you can easily send large files securely via Outlook.
This allows you to send and receive files of any size either directly from Outlook or conveniently via a web interface in the browser. Both variants work without prior IT knowledge and with little support work.
In principle, no. FTAPI solutions can also be used to send very large files. Individual file sizes up to 100 GB are easily possible. If you need more, please contact us. The restrictions of your email mailbox / exchange server are irrelevant for FTAPI and are no longer applicable.
The files you send with FTAPI SecuMails are hosted by German companies in certified data centres located in Germany. For further information please contact us.
With FTAPI you have the option to have files sent via the SubmitBox. This is a digital mailbox through which you can receive large files. Anyone with the link to your SubmitBox can send data to you securely, without prior registration.
The recipient receives a normal email in their inbox. No additional IT infrastructure is required. The recipient can download the attachments shared with them via a link.
