Supply Chain Act.

With FTAPI, you can quickly and successfully comply with the requirements of the Supply Chain Act.

The Supply Chain Act holds companies accountable

The Supply Chain Act has been in effect since 1 January 2023, aiming to strengthen human rights in global supply chains and ensure compliance with environmental protection standards. Companies are required to ensure that their suppliers and partners meet legal requirements by collecting and documenting the necessary evidence.
Currently, the law applies to companies with more than 3,000 employees in Germany. From 2024, it will also apply to companies with 1,000 or more employees.

With FTAPI SecuFlows, you can streamline and automate this process efficiently—saving time, money, and resources. Thanks to end-to-end encryption, FTAPI enables the secure and automated processing of sensitive data.

How to implement the Supply Chain Act with FTAPI.

Import existing documents

To initialise the process, all existing evidence and their creation dates are imported and structured accordingly.

Data import can be carried out via drag-and-drop, a designated storage location, a database, or a list.

Sending upload forms

When a verification document nears the end of its validity, a new request is automatically triggered in advance.

A pre-filled FTAPI SecuForm is sent either directly to the supplier or to the internal responsible party for forwarding. The timing of the new request can be set flexibly.

Optional: Generate an overview list of all evidence and their validity periods.

Supply Chain Act

Evidence update

As soon as the supplier submits the new evidence via FTAPI SecuForm, it is automatically stored in the system.

Optional: Automatically update the overview list.
